The Ball Pit and other Adventures!

I just love the ball pit. Mommy and Daddy took me to this play gym and for 45 minutes I refused to play anywhere but the ball pit. I gotta get one of these at home! That cute girl with me, she is my best friend, Lexis. We have a play date almost every week.

We went to the zoo, I liked the elephants, but not the monkeys! Sam liked the monkeys and the small mammals. I wanted to walk all around but it was too crowded.

Walking

I have been practicing since February. But now I have it down pat. And I walk all over the house. Soon I will be running with Dad and Sam.

Yes, read it and weep boyz! My picks won! I picked the best teams and beat 36 other people in my yahoo group! Who knew a 10 month old could win?? Too bad mom and dad didnt let me actually bet my money!

One of my "girl" friends, Lexis

Lexis and I had a play date, and her big brother, Kade played with us too. It was so much fun that we decided to take a bath and get ready for bed together. Lexis' mommy is my mommy's best friend from high school. So the mommys and daddys did a lot of talking and a little drinking of beer (YUCK!). Our birthdays are just two weeks apart so we always comepare our heights, and weights. Lexis has me beat in the hair department!

Climbing

I was too quick for mommy and daddy to capture my newest adventure on the camera. I was in my walker and Daddy was emptying the dishwasher, and Mommy was washing the dirty dishes. I was trying to help, but could not reach the cups from the top drawer. SO I decided I would climb up on the tray of my walker in order to reach. There I was standing on the tray of my walker helping by taking out all of the cups and throwing them on the floor. Mom and Dad started screaming my name and grabed me very quickly. They kept repeating this word I do not understand. No! No! No! What ever that means!

Making Dinner

Samantha and I love to make dinner together on our play kitchen, it keeps us busy while Mommy and Daddy are cooking the "real" food. I had my first big people food meal last night, mashed potatoes, green beans, cooked carrots and chicken stick. I don't like meat, but the rest was pretty good!

Remembering Aunt Nicki

My dearest and most beautiful Aunt Nicole passed away this weekend. I will always remember how much she loved me and how much fun we had. I will miss you and know that you are watching over me from heaven. I love you Aunt Nicki

Hi all, I'm Colin Charles Myers. I was born just over 7 months ago. I got the idea to write this from my good friend Annabel Smith. A lot has happened to me in my 7 months of life and I'm growing so fast. I already have 8 teeth. I am an expert crawler and I'm hoping to stand very soon.
